Our associate of the tax department, Carlos Carnero, was one of the speakers of the LawIn Sport´s Digital Annual Conference, organized by LawInSport. He spoke about how tax authorities are changing their approach to sports organisations and athletes, and particularly, about the Spanish Tax Authorities position, with an special focus on the tax treatment of agency fees in Spain.
