On May 28th, 2022, our colleagues Íñigo de Lacalle and Ignacio Triguero delivered two courses in the IV Edition of the Master in Law Applied to Professional Football. Both sessions focused on the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS-CAS), reviewing its history, fonctionning, Code of Arbitration for Sport, awards of interest, filing of the main submissions and practical tips when litigation before the CAS.
