Rubén González from the Mexico office participated in the Sports Law Diploma organized by the UNAM Law of School

On March 19th, our associate in Mexico, Rubén González, participated in the “Sports Law” Diploma, which gathers different experts and professionals of the sports industry. Relevant topics were addressed from a fiscal and regulatory perspective in Mexico, such as: Tax aspects applicable to sports entities and athletes in Mexico, as well as the tax treatment for early termination of the sports employment contract, acquisition of federative and economic rights, and payment of commissions to agents and representatives.
