The Road Sub-Committee adjudicates and sanctions infringements under the jurisdiction of the UCI Disciplinary Commission for infringements committed in the context of UCI WorldTour and UCI ProSeries events for men and UCI Women’s WorldTour and UCI ProSeries for women, under certain conditions (main facts which are relevant for the assessment of the infringement are readily available, and the circumstances do not warrant the imposition of sanctions in excess of 30 days of suspension and/or a 5’000 CHF fine).
