Eduardo Oliver intervened as a speaker at the 9th “Encuentros LaLiga del Derecho del Deporte”
On 23 May, our partner, Eduardo Oliver, was a speaker at the 9th “Encuentros LaLiga del Derecho del Deporte”, and spoke about the operation of FIFA’s TMS tool, and recent cases related to the last winter market. He was joined by Antonio V. Sempere Navarro (Professor of Labour Law at the Rey Juan Calos University), commenting on the most current national and international sports jurisprudence; Alberto Palomar Olmeda (Accredited Professor (ANECA) of Administrative Law at the Carlos III University), summarising and analysing legislation, news and bibliographical novelties in sports law; and José Antonio Buendía (Social Magistrate of the Social Court No. 4 of Alicante), who spoke about the causes of termination of a professional sportsperson’s contract.
