On July 24th, our Managing Partner of the Mexico office, Luis Torres-Septién, participated in the first session of the Sports Arbitration Seminar (Arbitration before the CAS and Disputes in the Olympics), alongside field experts, talking about the advantages of approaching the CAS, relevant cases in sports arbitration, Olympic Games-related jurisprudence, and the dispute resolution procedure from the perspective of doping.
A seminar organized by the CAM-CANACO Young Arbitrators Forum, which is a space where students, lawyers, and arbitrators exchange opinions and experiences, enriching knowledge related to arbitration topics.
