Our partner Ignacio Triguero participates in a Round Table organized by the Madrid Bar Association

On Thursday 21 November 2024 our partner Ignacio Triguero was invited as a speaker at the conference organized by the Sports Law Section of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), where the recent legal controversies during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games were discussed, as well as the consequences resulting from the recent decision of the CJEU in the ‘Diarra Case’ and its impact on the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
It is a pleasure for SFA to collaborate with the Sports Law Section of the ICAM and we thank its president, Mr. Enrique Arnaldo, for the kind invitation.
