Senn, Ferrero, Asociados participates in the first edition of the LaLiga MBA

On 20 November 2021, our partners Íñigo de Lacalle and Eduardo Montejo and our associate Ignacio Triguero, participated in the first edition of the LaLiga MBA “International MBA in Sports and Entertainment Management”, a pioneering program designed with a specific focus to unite Sport and Entertainment and designed for the future leaders of the Sports and Entertainment Industry.

The session lectured by Íñigo de Lacalle focused on the theoretical and practical aspects of transfer contracts, international loans and employment contracts of professional players, indicating the main contingencies and aspects.

The session delivered by Eduardo Montejo focused on the main tax aspects derived from transfers and the signing of employment contracts by professional players.

Finally, the session given by Ignacio Triguero addressed the main legal issues related to players ‘agents and intermediaries, as well as the latest developments related to the new FIFA Football Agents Regulations.
