Javier Ferrero is Managing Director Partern of Senn, Ferrero, Asociados and is specialized in sports and entertainment law, with an extensive experience in matters related to the hiring of professional athletes and national and international transfers and in defense and legal direction in civil litigation and protection of honor and privacy, as well as being a regular participant in proceedings before the courts and arbitration tribunals in the field of sports and entertainment.

He began his professional career at the Martínez-Echevarría firm in 1994, joining Garrigues in 1997, in its litigation department, and since 1999 he has been in charge all the legal consultancy of the Real Madrid Football Club. In 2002, he promoted and developed, together with Julio Senn, the Sports & Entertainment area of Garrigues until the founding of Senn, Ferrero, Asociados.

He is a regular speaker at various forums and Masters in Sports and Entertainment Law, having given lectures and participated as a Professor in International Seminars and Congresses organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, UEFA and FIFA.

He is a permanent arbitrator of the Committee of Experts in the Sports and Entertainment industry of the European Arbitration Association.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
