Oscar Tena is a Senior Associate at Senn, Ferrero, Asociados. He has extensive experience in advising sportsmen and artists, both from a financial and tax planning point of view. Likewise, he has proven experience in the negotiation of professional contracts for top level soccer players and coaches, both labor, transfer and sponsorship contracts, both nationally and internationally (La Liga, Premier League, MLS, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Saudi Professional League, Chinese Super League, Turkish Super League, Brazilian Seria A Championship, etc...).

He began his professional career at Banco Sabadell, forming part of different areas of the bank, mainly within the Private Banking of the entity, especially in departments such as Tax Advisory and in recent years as Director of Sports&Entertainment at national level, providing advice to footballers, coaches, agents, TV presenters, influencers, actors and singers.

Subsequently, he developed his career for more than 5 years as CEO of Tacticgrup, a national and international sports representation agency, providing global advice to its clients. As well as developing and promoting the areas of the agency; Financial, Fiscal, Marketing-social networks-, HR and Commercial -scouting-.

He has participated as a speaker in several courses and seminars related to global advice to athletes and artists (IESE, Sports Law Institute, EFEC, AFE, etc.).

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (Col.ICAB nº 30.192) and of the European Financial Planning Association (Associate EFA nº 579).
