With a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment transactions and financing, Patricia regularly advises lenders, clubs and federations in football financing and investment. Her portfolio extends to a variety of assets-based financing in football, as well as many other structured transactions.

In addition to her focus on financing and M&A, Patricia also advises clients on corporate governance issues, extending her expertise to clubs, federations, leagues, players, and agents across various matters within the sports industry, providing comprehensive legal advice, excelling in the negotiation and review of national and international contracts.
