Of Counsel of Senn, Ferrero, Asociados Sports & Entertainment México, S.C. specialized in entertainment and copyright law, with extensive experience negotiating agreements and disputes, within different legal frameworks and jurisdictions, such as Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Panamá, Ecuador, Brazil, England, France, Spain, Dominican Republic and United States of America, among others. Rodrigo has more than 15 years of experience withing the entertainment industry, developed as part of the legal team of Grupo Televisa, the largest media company in the world for Spanish language content. Through these years he had developed a 360° vision and experience, leading different legal teams as Head Counsel for Editorial Televisa (publishing business), Television, Content Distribution, Televisa Networks, Televisa International, Videocine, blim (OTT service, currently ViX) and Foofball (Club America and Azteca Stadium). In June 2020 he was appointed as Head Counsel for content distribution around the world and advertising sales, in 2021 he was part of the legal team involved in Televisa-Univision merge. During 2021, 2022 and 2023, he was part of the Televisa Chair at the Universidad Panamericana, teaching the Entertainment Law class.
